Design and implementation of the organisations\' culture change, engagement, and Diversity, Equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategy
Create roadmap centered around Culture and Engagement initiatives
Design and oversee the on-boarding experience to enhance assimilation and engagement
Recommend approaches for employee surveys and implement action plans based on Pulse Surveys and eNPS
Partner with Corporate Communications Team to promote employer branding and corporate culture to external audience
Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee communications
Lead enterprise-wide culture change initiatives
Develop strategy and programs to reduce turnover, increase productivity and enhance employee experience
Partner with Talent Acquisition team in recruitment branding and communication campaigns Create programs that align initiatives to promote engagement, diversity and inclusion
Measure impact and progress of core programs and make recommendations based on results for future areas of focus
The Person:
Possess a Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
Possess at least 8 years of related HR experience with a focus on culture, employee engagement and employee experience, with previous experience in leading a team
Prior experience in designing and deploying employee surveys and/or facilitation of company-wide post survey action planning
Prior experience in implementing engagement and change programs, and working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and people skills
Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
Excellent change management and leadership skills
Ability to lead innovative and/or transformative projects and strives for continuous improvements
