What the role is:You support the upkeep of administrative work in the areas of succession planning, staffing and engagement.What you will be working on:You oversee the generation and compilation of reports as well as provide data support for both internal requirements and external agencies. On this, you lead the full recruitment lifecycle by engaging organisational stakeholders to gather candidate requirements for assessment. Additionally, you work closely with internal and external agencies to strengthen communications and marketing activities. You also participate in recruitment campaigns. Your challenges lie in establishing and managing effective and efficient HR management systems, as well as leveraging new technology to enhance HR operations and service delivery.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resource (HR) with at least 5 years\' work experience in the HR related field. Possession of excellent communications skills to work efficiently and effectively with superiors and peers is essential. You must be meticulous and be competent in using data and analytics software. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
