Job Description
We are a centrally boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a HR manager who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.
Job Duties:
- In charge of full spectrum of human resource activities
- Maintain continuous employee engagement & employee relationship to ensure alignment of company policy and expectations
- Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company’s manpower needs
- Improving on current processes and implementing new processes and procedures
- Design, create and implement learning resources, training materials and e-modules
- Monitoring of various recruiting metrics
- Perform internal talent acquisition and other recruitment related duties
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring and operational needs
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven work experience in process & policy implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
