Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations
Liaise with unions
Address employee relations matters
Generate manpower/recruitment reports
Prepare various HR reports
Manage office and administrative tasks within the HR department
Arrange and process procurement requests
Handle SAP payment requests
Requirements: * Relevant Bachelor\'s Degree / Diploma in HR / Business Management
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Comfortable with shuffling and working in 2 offices at west area
