Our client is an MNC in Manufacturing
- The role requires the incumbent to have strong hands-on full HR spectrum experience
- Be a business partner
- To manage the HR department
- Collaborate with the Global and Regional team on HR projects and initiatives
- at least 7 years of HR experience (full spectrum, hands-on)
- at least with 2 years of managerial experience
- experience with using Excel
- able to speak in Mandarin to converse with Chinese stakeholders
- Prepare an updated resume (including your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.), the expected package, reasons for leaving and executive summary.
