Our client is a Global MNC company in the IT industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an IT Sales Manager to join their Sales team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving the sales target required by the company
Responsible for maintaining/developing relationships with the company\xe2\x80\x99s partners, growing the partnership through the various sales interactions.
Responsible for identifying new channel accounts, developing new business opportunities for the company
Responsible for providing quality customer service to the various partners, striving to exceed their expectations
Responsible for developing a successful pipeline management program for the company, ensuring the fulfilment of these sales enquiries
In charge of updating the company\xe2\x80\x99s partners with the latest information (eg, latest products, marketing programs etc.)
In charge of monitoring the various partner\xe2\x80\x99s performance through the necessary reviews, as well as managing their incentive programs
In charge of analyzing and forecasting the company\xe2\x80\x99s business activities, reporting the to the key management stakeholders when required
All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the IT industry
