What the role is:You are responsible for all Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Administration (HRA) matters. On this, you oversee performance management, posting, recruitment, regimentation and discipline.What you will be working on:In addition, you ensure the wellbeing of all servicemen in the group and facilitate active engagement of all servicemen by respective commanders. Your challenges lie in keeping abreast of relevant HR initiatives and directions, ensuring service delivery to stakeholders and routinely reviewing work processes to align with prevailing policies.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification. You should possess a good command of written and verbal skills, strong leadership traits, good planning abilities and good public relation and communication skills.
