Job Description


Scope: * Oversee the complete range of HR functions.

  • Manage effective manpower planning and rostering for the Center.
  • Analyze event and operational requirements to formulate strategic roster plans.
  • Assist in driving progressive changes in manpower planning.
  • Identify and nurture talent through the talent acquisition process.
  • Provide innovative, practical, and strategic HR solutions aligning with the company\'s mission and core values.
  • Engage in HR administration, salary and benefit programs, communication initiatives, and employee relations activities.
  • Foster a positive employee relations environment through counseling, development, and administration of various employee relations activities, promoting communication between employees and management.
  • Cultivate robust pipelines of contacts and talent communities.
  • Demonstrate strong vendor-management experience.
  • Oversee manpower requisition and deployment for service and contract partners.
  • Administer group insurance plans.
  • Manage work passes processes for foreign employees.
Essential Competencies: * Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally and responsively with staff at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Proficient knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Robust negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Effective strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, proven innovation, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including late evenings and weekends when required.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and other business software.
Qualifications: * IHRP-certified.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Industrial relations experience is necessary.
