Job Description

- Salary up to $6000 + AWS + VB
- Strong HR Operation Background
- Talent acquisition and oversee the manpower requisition and deployment for service partners and contract partners
- Full spectrum on employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Develop programs, policies, and procedures to ensure existing HR practices are in compliance with the Employment legislation
- Provide innovative, practical, and strategic human resources solutions that support the overall mission and core values of the company
- Involve in HR administration, salary, and benefits programs, communications programs and employee relations activities
- Maintain and engaged employee relations by developing and administrating various employee relations activities and promoting communications between employees and management
- Build strong pipelines of contacts and talent communities
- Strong vendor-management experience
- Degree with at least 8 years of HR Generalist experience
- IHRP certified
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and ability to multi-task
