The Role Reporting to the HR Director, you are expected to manage the full spectrum of HR duties including benefits administration, recruitment, business partnering, employee engagement, performance management, compensation planning, reviewing payroll, and increasing operational HR efficiency, etc. You are expected to support the Singapore office which has around 100 headcount. Your Profile You should have at least a degree in HRM or equivalent, with minimum 7 years of experience in HR, preferably from MNC background. You should have good communications skills and are able to work independently.
