What the role is:You manage a full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions including recruitment, manpower and administration, rewards and recognition, allowance and performance management.What you will be working on:You also assume a finance role for the purpose of managing welfare and funding for related courses. In addition, you will be in charge of registry matters such as management of the e-filing system and documents. You work closely with the management, employees and external parties to execute and govern HR policies effectively.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with 3 years\' relevant work experience in HR management. Having prior finance experience is preferred. You should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with personnel at all levels within and outside of MINDEF/SAF. You should be driven and results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and time management skills and be comfortable in leading a small team. Appointment will commensurate with your experience.
