Job Description

Supreme Maritime is a privately owned shipping company with a strong presence in Asian market. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for candidate to join as HR Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Formulate the group human resources strategic planning.
• Draft, modify and improve related SOP, and establish the mechanism of collectivized cultural management center.
• Supervise and control the performance evaluation process of each department, constantly improving the performance management system and propose incentive plans and specific implementation method to provide support for salary decision making.
• Guide and arrange recruitment and complete recruitment task in Singapore.
• Formulate and implement training plans, after training tracking record and improve the training system.
• Maintain effective employee relations, handling employee grievances, dealing and resolving labour disputes and labour litigation.
• Position management, organizational structure setting, and reviewing of job descriptions of each department.
• Participate in daily affairs management, lead the implementation of employee performance assessment and incentive and other systems, and participate in human resource budget and control work.
• Guide and plan staff activities, assist to promote the formation of company philosophy and corporate culture.
• All the administrative execution.
• Mission assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Bachelor\'s Degree or above in Human Resource Management or related major background.
• More than 8 years of working experience in HR field and more than 5 years of HR supervisory experience.
• Experience in human resources management of large shipping group is preferred.
• Have a systematic understanding of human resource management mode and accumulated practical experience, advanced human resource concepts, and can guide the work of various functional modules.
• Strong leadership and management skills, good communication, excellent organisation and coordination, analysis and judgement skills.
• Familiar with relevant labour law, regulations, and policies in Singapore.
• Have strategic thinking, capable of building and integrating different work team.
• Strong planning and execution ability.
• Work under pressure, strong intention to strive for and cope with job challenges.
