Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 To sourcing and set up an HRMS system.

\xc2\xb7 Developing new and precise HR policies, strategies, systems, tactics and procedures. Ensuring they are aligned with the overall business strategy.

\xc2\xb7 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

\xc2\xb7 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

\xc2\xb7 Consistently recruiting excellent staff.

\xc2\xb7 To maintain a smooth on-boarding process.

\xc2\xb7 Training, counselling, and coaching our staff.

\xc2\xb7 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

\xc2\xb7 Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

\xc2\xb7 Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

\xc2\xb7 Conducting performance and wage reviews.

\xc2\xb7 Nurture a positive working environment.

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.

\xc2\xb7 Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or related field.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.

\xc2\xb7 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
