About the Role:

As the HR Operations Senior Executive, you will be working with the Ferrero Asia Pacific HR Operations team to manage the day-to-day HR operational work. This role is based in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day tactical work to support the overall employment experience of people working at an organization in line with the business policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
  • Manage the onboarding, offboarding, immigration process for assigned countries
  • Provide expat management support (e.g. housing, schooling, shipment, etc) in partnership with relocation vendor
  • Manage and track the PR/PO processing and invoicing for HR related expenses
  • Maintain HR mailbox to answer employee\xe2\x80\x99s queries about HR-related issues
  • Implement HR procedures and policies as directed
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Ensure timely and appropriate data management on SAP HR
  • Ensure work visa applications are completed on time and updated
  • Direct and plan the day-to-day operations of Ferrero Group benefits programs (e.g. enrolment, termination of members)
  • Support the leave management process
  • Support the implementation of HR projects
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor+ degree (HR, Social studies or related, preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in expat management is an advantage
  • High attention to details, good analytical skillset and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and project management abilities
  • Ablility to work independently and work well across teams in a matrix organization
