Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions for the organisation. This is an
individual contributor
role with administrative support, reporting directly to the Executive Director. The HR Manager will manage payroll administration, HRIS setup and maintenance, and provide HR advisory to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.
Administer payroll processing in
Timesoft
, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Set up, manage, and optimise the HRIS to streamline HR processes.
Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with labour legislation and organisational needs.
Advise the Executive Director on manpower planning and HR strategies.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
At least 5 years of HR experience, with exposure to payroll administration.
Proficient in
Timesoft
or similar payroll systems.
Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation and management.
Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
