to lead the HR and administrative functions for our operations in the Health industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations, supporting a high-volume workforce, and building strong HR processes to meet both operational and strategic needs.
Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management
Lead full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and training & development.
Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other statutory requirements (e.g., work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, tax clearances, IR8A/IR21 submissions).
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters in a fair and compliant manner.
Develop and review HR policies, SOPs and regulatory updates.
Oversee payroll administration and statutory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support manpower planning, budgeting, and succession planning for operational sustainability.
Administration & Compliance
Oversee general administration functions including office management, procurement, insurance renewals, and vendor management.
Coordinate audits, inspections, and submissions to relevant authorities.
People Development & Culture
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
Identify training needs, and ensure mandatory trainings are completed.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, work pass regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
Proven experience in managing high-volume workforce HR operations (e.g., foreign worker management, payroll, claims, leave administration).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively with both management and ground staff.
Hands-on, adaptable, and able to balance strategic HR leadership with day-to-day operations.
