  • Arrange expatriate visas (new/renewal, communicating with agents) and optimize local hiring by gathering information on government guidance
  • Preparing and managing MyCareersFuture advertisement
  • Provide analytical reports based on market survey on salary benchmarking, make recommendations to the compensation structure and strengthen the company market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talents
  • Arrange interviews and supporting the selection process when hiring local staff
  • Arrange employment contracts for hiring staff
  • Review compensation and benefits and develop strategy according to business needs
  • Ensure compliance of all HR policies and procedures within the local statutory requirements and provide advice to management
  • Support creation of HR evaluation system for local employees
  • Manage, support and implementation of the learning and development programs as well as other courses
  • Maintain and operate office personnel regulations
  • Report to HQ on various HR related matters
  • Admin support in Japanese for the expatriates
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of HR experience in Singapore at Japanese organizations
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Japanese language to liaise with Japanese counterpart in HQ
  • Preferably experience in team management
  • Willing to grow with the company
