At P&G, HR is a close partner to the business and delivers HR solutions to meet business goals and strategies. This HR Business Account Manager (BAM) role is based in Singapore, overlooking employees belonging to 2 functions: Information Technology and Analytics & Insights - across Asia, Middle East and Africa, which is our biggest region for the company You will be the HR leader of a diverse organization and lead people strategies, function capability, staffing and succession plans and engagement of two entire functions regionally! You will work closely with HR leaders of different organizational units and work with employees across the region impacting multiple markets.

Your team

This role reports to two Senior HR directors for the functions - IT and A&I respectively

How success looks like

  • Grasp the fundamentals of organization drumbeats, HR aspects related to business strategies
  • Familiarise with the HR policies and start assisting on employee queries and issues or connecting them to the right HR partner on this
  • Partner with senior leaders of each team on building organization engagement plans for the fiscal year
  • Seen as a key partner on specific HR pillars
  • Build a strong inspiring organization with high engagement scores, capable people managers and motivated employees.
  • Elevate HR strategies to be a key business driver for multiple business units and IT and A&I functions
  • Work as the key force behind right staffing and succession plans in the function, overall talent planning as well as capability needs for the function

Responsibilities of the role

  • Build positive relationships with organization across different levels and be the pulse of the organization
  • Lead all aspects of all HR processes and be a strong partner to business leaders to meet strategic objectives
  • Be and be recognised as a HR professional to solve employee issues and craft sound and sustainable business approaches.
  • Plan and execute HR programs for a highly engaged and capable organization (trainings, people-manager courses, recruitment recognition, team-bonding etc)
  • Stay close to ground acting as a channel for employee feedback, and proactively solving employee issues.

Qualifications

Role Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills – effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
  • Collaboration skills – effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds
  • Strong stake-holder management with the ability to influence the business
  • Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize, and implement vital activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Learning agility – able to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment
  • Know how to lead, set priorities and deliver what you commit to
  • At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
