Looking for a proactive and collaborative Performance Partner to enhance the employee experience. You will drive the performance management processes, support compensation and rewards, and develop HR policies that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer the performance review cycle.
Guide managers and employees on performance matters.
Support compensation, benefits, and rewards initiatives.
Develop and update HR policies in line with business and legal requirements.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years HR experience, with strong performance management exposure.
Strong knowledge of local labour laws.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract
42 hours per week
