The Position
In this role, you will act as interim human resources resource for the line of business, managers and General Manager for a period of 6-8 months. You must guide others in the solutions and procedures of the human resources function and develop plans that deliver results in fast-changing business environments. You should be able to identify and apply functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve problems effectively.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
Talent Attraction: Leading Employer Branding activities to enhance the organization's reputation as a desirable employer. In addition, you are expected to conduct recruitment activities to attract top talent in the market and conduct assessments to ensure the right fit for the organization.
Compensation & Benefits: holds full responsibility for the Salary Adjustment process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external legal laws. They also manage the Performance Management process to ensure fair and objective evaluations of employees. Additionally, you develop and manage the compensation and benefits plan to attract and retain top talent.
Employee-Life Cycle Management: fully responsible for managing the employee life cycle, starting from employee administration to onboarding, retention, and engagement. You must manage HR related systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. The HR Business Partner should also develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
Organizational Development: ensure the organization's sustainability and growth. You should develop and implement programs that enhance the organization's performance and effectiveness to support its strategic objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner role should at least possess a University Degree in a relevant area, such as PHR, organizational psychology, sociology, or other related fields.
You should at least have 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR in generalist and specialist roles, preferably gained in the Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare industry.
Experience in leadership development to support the growth and development of leaders within the organization.
