Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with Group\'s objectives and legal requirements.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and employee development plans.
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS, and payroll systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, providing recommendations for improvements and implementing innovative HR strategies.
Collaborate with management to develop workforce planning strategies, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
