Job Description


Job responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR function & Admin function.
  • Responsible for payroll processing (about 30 staff)
  • Assist in recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding activities for all employees
  • Assist to develop HR planning strategies with management to improve HR policies procedures and ensure compliance procedures.
  • Generate monthly HR reports and analysis
  • Create and maintain up-to-date employee records in HR database
  • Assist in Annual Performance review
  • Assist in compensation and benefits program
  • Office Administration, office management
  • Responsible for smooth and harmonized working environment in the office
Requirements:
  • Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, or any relevant discipline in HR.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in handling Full spectrum off HR functions.
  • Must be IT savvy. Strong in MS Office such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent and Competent
