Responsibilities

Provides consistent and effective communication regarding employee status and offboarding process
Closely monitors and ensures turnover of employee\xe2\x80\x99s accountabilities
Updates offboarding actions across tracking systems
Regularly updates and monitors clearance tracker
Receives and responds to inquiries concerning HR policies, procedures, and processes via email and phone
Crafts and sends offboarding applications
Closely coordinates with concerned teams in updating the offboarding status
Maintains employee database
Assists with HR initiatives
Other tasks related to the achievement of HR\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives

Qualifications:

Excellent Chinese and English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong knoweledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
Proven administrative skills, particularly file organization and maintenance procedures
Strong writing and record-keeping ability
Experience in HR onboarding/offboarding is a PLUS
