1. In-charge of preparing medical and life insurance reports based on the HRIS and
updating employee records based on information given by the outsourced providers
2. In-charge of end-to-end processing of employee benefits, such as but not limited
to financial assistance, medical reimbursements, excess on medical benefits, service award, insurance premium, holiday gift, etc
3. In-charge of processing status update and additional dependent applications of employees
and updating the HRIS accordingly
4. Provide support to Offboarding through monitoring of exit clearance status in medical insurance
5. Provide support to Benefits & Payroll through visits to government agencies such as SSS, PagIBIG, Philhealth and BIR
6. Handle processing of vendor billings and PR/PO applications of the team
7. Spearhead benefits programs such as vaccination runs and Annual Physical Exam (APE),
in close coordination with the company clinic personnel.
8. Respond to client inquiries regarding medical and benefits issues and concerns
9. Proactively work with the clients to address issues and identify opportunities through system automation.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
