Reporting to the Head of Department, the incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Office administration.
The successful application will be given the opportunity to work within an established organization. Our client is listed in the top 5 largest manufacturer. Responsibilities: HR Duties:
Providing the full spectrum of HR functions inclusive of the development of policies, talent management, negotiation of the employee remuneration packages, employee relations, etc.
Performing the full cycle of recruitment from job opening to offer stage.
Organize and administer onboarding to offboarding program
Process the application of work passes (renewal, cancellation etc)
Performing the day-to-day HR operation duties; supporting the HR activities and initiatives
Responsible for managing leave management, group insurance renewal, health screening and employee benefits scheme etc
Consolidate the numbers for payroll administration and monthly reports.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee information
Office Administration Duties:
Provide effective and efficient administrative support for the full scope of office management including upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies, as well as preparation and coordination for meetings and company events.
Overseeing the office management duties such as liaising with contractors, and ensuring the office operation is running smoothly
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management or team
Support office management for the well-being of employees
Manage claim verifications and submission of company expenses
Manage office supplies inventory and pantry supplies as needed
Experience Requirements :
At least a Diploma or Degree in related fields
Minimally 2 years of relevant experience in handling the full spectrum of HR and Office Administration
Prior experience in travel arrangements is highly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
