Responsible for management of work-injury cases, including but not limited to conducting interviews, filing work injury report, processing claims and conducting claim analysis.
Liaise with benefit vendors/providers in the day-to-day administration of benefits programs
Provide advice on the day-to-day application of benefits policies, programs, and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or related field
Basic understanding of WICA provision/requirements; Preferably with relevant experience.
Analytical, independent, organized, and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Enjoy interactions with people
