Job Description


:

  • Performs day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and personnel records of employees as well as processing paperwork
  • Monitors and manages employees\xe2\x80\x99 confirmation and work pass renewals
  • Assist in employee payroll processing
  • Involve in staff welfare activities
  • Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs
  • Submission of government paid leave reimbursement claims (i.e. Maternity Leave / Paternity Leave / Childcare Leave/Levy Waiver)
  • Any other hr tasks as assigned
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum Diploma level or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences
  • Experience in Construction field is strongly preferred
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
