Job Description


A multinational company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a HR (Training & Development) to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization in handling the HR functions in Training & Development.Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement relevant yearly learning and development plans according to the company nature and needs.
  • Identifying suitable training programs for employees.
  • Manage training budgets and grants.
  • Monitors career-pathing and the training programs, provide any feedback to improve.
  • Provide support in other human resource functions.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business or relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.
  • Candidates with experience in training and development programs will be preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
