Who We NeedReporting to the Senior Manager of L&OD, you will work with the L&OD team to ensure employee training programmes support the Hospital\'s strategic thrusts.Your duties will include:
To track the L&OD Budget and ensure expenditure for the department\'s activities are within Budget and on track.
To verify and process invoices for L&OD activities.
To attend to Functional Training (training by external course providers) requests from staff.
To maintain the MAH Catalogue of Courses.
To source for suitable training programmes for the Hospital.
To enter data and prepare reports to track monthly targets.
To administer Retirement & Re-employment contracts, forms and letters to staff.
To support events organized by L&OD for e.g. by providing logistics support; calling for registrations for training programmes etc.
To submit \'Absentee Payroll\' data to government website for staff who have attended training and qualify for government funding.
To prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by various departments e.g. department training records.
To prepare presentation slides reporting L&OD activities.
To prepare minutes of meeting (rotation basis) for HR team meetings.
