Job Scope
Facilitate the on-boarding process for new employees, including coordinating with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
Guide new hires through the completion of necessary documentation, such as employment contracts, benefits enrolment forms, and confidentiality agreements.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarise new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Serve as a point of contact for new employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the on-boarding process.
Manage work pass applications for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely submission of required documentation where needed.
Keep up-to-date with changes in work pass regulations and policies, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
Provide guidance and support to employees on work pass-related matters, such as renewals, extensions, and eligibility criteria.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work pass applications, approvals, and expiration.
Preparation of employment contracts; creation of P-file record in internal HRIS, RPM tracking
Administrative support for employment confirmation, promotion, long service award , contract renewal / extension etc
Maintenance of employee data in HRIS
Attend to all HR ticket requests promptly i.e. reports, letters generations etc
Handle government survey related to HR matters i.e. MOM surveys,
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years\' of relevant HR experience
Experience in HR operations, or a similar role, with specific experience in on-boarding, work pass management
Possess strong knowledge of local Singapore Employment act and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office
