Our client is a prominent player in the Luxury Retail industry, specializing in jewellery, watches, and fashion brands. As part of the continuous growth, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Executive to join the People Operations team in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact our organization\'s growth and development through various HR functions.

The Role:

As an HR Operations Executive, your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, encompassing both People Operations and Learning and Development (L&D) Administration:

People Operations (50%):

• Contribute to the People Operations team, supporting locations in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
• Ensure HR data is consistently updated and maintained for accuracy.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, including document collection, contract preparation, and background checks.
• Manage offboarding procedures, including asset collection and exit interviews.
• Provide assistance to employees with HR-related inquiries.
• Maintain records and documentation for onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate and manage background checks for new hires.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to process invoices and request PO numbers for payment.
• Liaise with the IT department to facilitate SAP access for employees.

Learning and Development (L&D) Administration (50% of the Role):

• Collaborate closely with the L&D lead in scheduling training sessions.
• Ensure all required documentation is in place for training programs.
• Coordinate with external vendors to organize training programs.
• Focus on developing soft skills and support initiatives related to SkillFuture.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience with a strong understanding of HR operations.
• Prior experience in L&D coordination
• Previous experience with SAP access is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities
