Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, resume screening, interviews, assessments, and offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and descriptions.
- Create candidate pipelines from job boards, social media, networks, and industry platforms.
- Ensure smooth onboarding with offer letters, work pass applications, and medical check-ups.
- Performing full spectrum of payroll and tax reporting are in compliant with the local governmental requirements and regulations.
- Prepare payroll-related reports.
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in HR Operations.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Meticulous and able to multi-task effectively.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working Location: Jurong East.
