About Our ClientOur client is a leading MNC in Marine and shipping. They are located in West Singapore. They offer some flexibility of working from home. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a HR Operations Executive to come on-board, supporting the HR Management System as well as other tasks.Your key responsibilities include:- Managing the renewal and application of Passes for foreign employee- Supporting in HR admin such as invoicing, insurance and government partnership- Supporting training in training materials and module updating- Updating employee information and C&B on HRMS- Working with the IT department for any tech issue raised about HRMS- Involved in recruiting process including on-boarding- Supporting other HR transformation projectsThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful candidate must have:- at least 1 years of working experience in the HR field in order to understand the job requirement- Attentive to details- experience in Peoplesoft is preferred- experience in video editing and Photoshop is preferredWhat\'s on OfferYou will join a company with strong performance growth and hence great variable bonus.
