Your Mission

  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of received HR requests, execute all HR administration processes (entry, exit, contract modifications, leave of absence, etc.)
  • Ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time. Activities might include accounting, distributing, and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions; calculating overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses; maintaining payroll records
  • Assist HR Managers in all HR administrative tasks including data management
  • Process optimization and participation on various projects
Duties and Responsibilities HR Administration
  • Maintain employee life cycle events in SAP: entry, exit, contract modifications, leave of absences, and personal details update
  • Complete, check, and process HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines so that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately
  • Issue contracts, termination letters and reference letters as well as different confirmation letters
  • Provide support and advisory to employees for their requests and questions
Payroll Administration
  • Prepare the semi-monthly payroll, conducting the necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary from entry to exit as well as vacation pay, overtime, etc.
  • Responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory withholding, such as employee social security, income tax, labour dues, etc.
Others
  • Audit: Ensure compliance with labour law, local standards, and internal policies
  • Engagement: Drives activities and solutions to deliver great employee experience
  • Coordinate and deliver small projects in HR Operations area, propose process and tool improvements
  • Supervise more junior colleagues with their HR Operations tasks, train new team members
  • Support other HR colleagues with various operational tasks (e.g. organization of the Welcome Days, HR events according to available capacity etc.)


Qualifications
What you need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll
  • Reliable, responsible, and customer-oriented personality
  • Outstanding expertise in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement process improvements and resolve complex matters
  • Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP HCM or Success Factors is a plus
