Responsibilities:

Partner with the talent acquisition team to manage the end to recruitment functions and processes.

Support career development framework through internal job opportunity, talent match where all employees have an equal opportunity to work, grow and belong.

Work closely with HR shared services team (Global People Services) and HR Centre of Excellences \xe2\x80\x93 Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Total Rewards team to ensure effective business support and to increase employee experience.

Undertake and operational role, build a strong partnering relationship and act as point of contact for business leaders and all other internal stakeholders.

Provide HR guidance and solutions to line managers.

Proactively seeking continue improvement to achieve business objectives and strengthen employees\xe2\x80\x99 experience.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources partnering preferably with Unions management experience.

Passion to serve people and support the business to drive HR transformation.

Great team player with good communication and influencing skills across all levels.

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.

Meticulous, process and result orientated, strong in follow-through the process.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Well versed in Employment Act and Industrial Relations.

Good knowledge of HRIS Workday and Prosoft will be an added advantage.
