Completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
At least 3 years of work experience
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically, strong Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, use vlookup and advanced formulas)
Program/project management skills is a must
Knowledge and experience working with HR policies, processes and procedures

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) Human Resources team as a Builders Experience team as a Human Resources Partner. The individual will be an integral part of the HR Team and will report to the Service Delivery Leader based in Singapore. We expect the individual to be a strong logical thinker, with fantastic project management abilities, strong data analytics abilities, who can demonstrate teamwork, communicate effectively and handle multiple priorities and projects.
This role works closely with Senior HR Partners (SHRPs) and HR Business Partners (HRBP) across Asia, Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC region), in collaboration with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Inclusion and Diversity, Compensation, Talent Management, Analytics and specific business groups within AWS.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to understand business HR goals, recommend approaches and implement initiatives to effect continual improvements.
Responsibilities:
Program/Project Management
Training Management – responsible for organizing workshops (including involvement in the design of virtual/non-virtual sessions), marketing and communications, generating attendance and participation, and training metrics management
Employee Engagement/Culture Building and Communications program management
Support the delivery of cyclical HR processes, eg quarterly talent reviews, promotions, annual compensation planning
Metrics and Data Analysis
Provide comprehensive HR metrics on a regular cadence to drive business discussions and support talent reviews
Support annual compensation planning processes through compensation audits, using data to influence decision making
Review, analyse and share employee engagement data
Respond to ad hoc data requests
Manager Coaching/Support and Employee Relations
Provide advice and coaching to managers on employee issues, leveraging internal policies, procedures and best practice
Provide subject matter expertise on internal processes and policies, evangelizing self-service options
Inform and consult with Employment Legal and Employee Relations Teams as appropriate on issues
Help managers and employees leverage internal employee development resources; keep managers abreast about upcoming learning and development initiatives
Work closely with HR Shared Services to address escalations to drive employee issues to resolution in a timely fashion
Business Partnership
Work with sub function or business on workforce planning, leadership development, organization design and transformation, talent retention & organization health etc..
Play coach and confident role to develop leaders better people and other leadership skills
Support senior HR business partners on large initiatives for India
Rich knowledge of country labor laws
