Manage the full spectrum of payroll services and ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately (Approximately 150+/- headcounts)
Responsible for CPF submission, IR21 Tax clearance, IR8A, CPF submission, claims, childcare, maternity leave claims and any other ad-hoc statutory claims
Manage E- leave system
Prepare monthly payroll reports, payroll cost and accrual journals
Attend to the auditor on both internal and external audit
Set-up, implement, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures for payroll process in compliance with the government legislation
Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll implementation & administration
Support managers in the development talk/performance appraisal process
Assist HR Head in labour management relations
Administer benefits administration such as insurance policies for employees
Update HR policies as and when required
Prepare monthly headcount reports
Provide HR services and administrative support to the Department
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Human Resources with at least 3-4 years of experiences handling Payroll
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
