Work with the recruitment team to fill open positions
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure all staffing plans adhere employment laws
Monitor overtime and ensure compliance with employment laws
Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and refine staffing planning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide recommendations to HR and operations on staffing optimization strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, operations, finance) to align staffing plans with company goals and budgets.
Act as the point of contact for managers and department heads regarding staffing issues or changes.

Requirements
Min GCE O Level
1 year(s) of relevant working experience preferred
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP, or similar). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
