About Our Team
Our Trust & Safety team\'s commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2023. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok

Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following internship cycles below:
1. Summer Internship - 08 May 2023 to 28 July 2023 (12 weeks)
2. Off-cycle Internship - Starting 09 January 2023 or 14 August 2023

We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit in either internship period. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Responsibilities:
As our HR PMO Intern, you can work with various areas of HR to support the following initiatives:

• Support HR strategic initiatives and project deliverables across the organization relating to People, Talent, Culture.
• Support in tracking project plans and delivery for reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Enhance project governance structures, mechanisms and performance indicators.
• Provide data analysis support on people-related matters.
• Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A background in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree. Or business-related degree.
• Previous work experience or internships in Human Resources, Project Management, Operations.
• Good communication skills (verbal and visual), systematic thinking, attention to detail.
• Proactive and willing to take on challenges.
• Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
