THE ORGANISATION

Service Market Logistics (SML) is part of Group Trucks Operations (GTO) within Volvo Group. Every day, we deliver world-class operational excellence to our customers based on intelligent logistic solutions. Our job is to develop, manage and optimise the Service Market supply chain for all Volvo Group brands and JV\'s. We strive for an innovative and diverse workplace, exercising the Volvo Group values with a high focus on customer success. GTO SML APAC region covers the Service Market business across Singapore, India, China, Korea, Australia, and Indonesia.

You will join a passionate HR & Communication team and work closely with the SML APAC HR & Communication Director, Singapore HR & Communication Business Partner, and Managers. You will also be part of a diverse SML APAC Communication Network!

YOUR IDEAL INTERNSHIP?

• You can gain experience with us with a very varied range of tasks "tailored" to your talents: editiorial work, graphic design, delivering a video scenario, filming and editing yourself, a market research assignment, the design and development of a communication plan from A to Z, preparing a flashy business presentation, managing digital communication channels, helping to coordinate a company visit or event, developing a training plan for employees, screening candidates for a job opening...
• We invite you to current activities in the company to develop and organise the necessary Communication and HR activities for the different target groups via different channels (intranet, information screens, team meeting, newsletter...)

• Knowledge of Adobe In Design and Adobe Premier, or other designing/video editing programs, is a plus

As an HR & Communication Intern at Volvo Group Service Market Logistics, you have the perfect internship opportunity to get to know our unique Swedish, Singapore, and Volvo culture and how our company and all its departments work. Also, a nice bonus: during your internship, you can travel free with our company transport in the morning and evening to and from various pick-up points across Singapore to our office!

Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Duration: 6 to 12 months; full-time internship
