About Our ClientOur client is a group of companies that specialise in F&B, Property, Hospitality, Entertainment etc. As they continue to grow horizontally, they are looking to hire a Group HR Policy and Strategy Manager to join them, reporting to the Group HR Director.Your responsibilities include:- Reporting to the HR Director on project progresses- Managing one Executive in the team and providing guidance- Formulating new policies that is in-line with government policies- Consolidating existing practises and creating new frameworks for various HR disciplines- Providing advisory to various HR disciplines- Working on new Comp & Ben policies and strategies according to the business nature and competitor behaviours- Collaborating with other functional teams within the company and its various entitiesThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful candidate must have- At least 5 years of experience in HR strategy and policies- Exposure in more than one HR discipline such as Comp& Ben, Talent Management, Payroll etc.- Team playerWhat\'s on OfferYou will work with the HR Director and C-suite leaders of the business directly to set direction and strategy.
