About The RoleAs an HR Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the human resource processes, building a supportive environment for our employees, and managing the HRIS at our Philippines Hub. This role provides support to our Talent Management team and employees, promotes diversity awareness, provides guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution, and conducts investigations in response to employee complaints.The successful candidate should be highly organized and have great time management skills, a customer experience mentality, and the ability to roll up their sleeves when the time arrives. Supporting our associates with efficiency and in a timely manner is critical for this role. You may also be called upon to support other departments such as IT, Talent Acquisition, or Finance & Accounting on occasion.You'll be based primarily from home initially due to Covid, and should reside within the Metro Manila area.   • Performing customer service functions by answering employee/candidate inquiries, questions, and requests
  • Conducting new hire orientation
  • Assisting with the preparation of employment contracts, notices, and documents.
  • Mailing, scanning, and emailing documents; and performing other clerical functions
  • Filing documents into appropriate employee files
  • Administering payroll, employee benefits (company and statutory)
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention
  • Handling off-boarding and exit interview process
  • Liaising with business leaders and functional leads to provide daily HR guidance
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders on projects, initiatives, and events
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
What you bring to the table
  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly and responsibilities are broad

  • Availability to perform job duties outside of normal business hours when necessary
  • Experienced in multidisciplinary project management
