Hr Recruiter Handling Onboarding And Work Pass Application

Job Description

5 days work week
8:00 am - 5:30 pm

  • Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations to successful placements.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods such as advertising, social media, networking, and EA services to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Application of Workpass and to monitor and update the status.
  • Handle onboarding process which includes, Medical, pass application, etc.
  • Coordinate interviews and skill test arrangements between clients and candidates.
  • Coordinate and negotiate in salary offer on behalf of clients and candidates.
  • Assist Admin with the onboarding process.
  • Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates.
  • Work together with group company to fullfill recruitment.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties applied.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of HR related job experience.
  • Recruitment experience in Aviation/Technical/Mechanical role will be advantageous.
  • Multi-national recruitment experience will be advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 monthsSalary: Up to $3,400.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
