As a recruitment executive you will search for potential employees, screen them and match them to available job positions. You will create a recruiting strategy and work with clients and candidates from the sourcing stage up until the ideal candidate is hired. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for company's Human Resource and Administration activities Search for potential candidates through job advertisements postings, data base and social media Ensure fair recruitment practices in screening, interviewing and selection at all times Follow up with ensuring reference and background checks are completed Have a clear understanding of MOM guidelines and visa requirements Manage pre-boarding, onboarding and off boarding of employees Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters Liaise with clients and talents on the recruitment process, outcome and commencement via email and phone Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any Business related fields Experience in a talent acquisition function or agency required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting softwares Excellent communication and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and well-organised Application form: https://recruitcrm.io/apply/16587642860700011253qwh By submitting any application or resume to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us collecting, using, retaining and disclosing your personal information.
