JOB QUALIFICATION:

• (Graduate)Bachelor's Degree of Psychology, Human Resource Development or equivalent
• At least 6 Months experience in end to end Recruitment
• Handled IT roles (at least IT support, IT staff, IT Helpdesk) is an advantage
• Keen to Details
• Aggressive recruiter
• Building and maintaining database of contacts and resume screening and shortlisting of candidates for a given skill set
• Should have knowledge on working with various clients
• Good level of experience to deal with Candidates/Vendors professionally and negotiate rates
• Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resources for a given requirements

• Willing to work in Makati

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible in screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles mostly into IT
• Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce time to hire and ensure we attract the best professionals
• Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):
