Job Description

Reports To: HR ManagerDEPARTMENT: Human ResourceBRIEF DESCRIPTIONA recruiter officer is responsible for identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork. You should also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Point person for all hiring needs of the company
  • Maximizing all the channels for recruitment
  • Creating an assessment evaluation for recruitment process
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits and recruitment procedures and policies
  • Creating snapshot profiling for applicants after a screening interview
  • Assisting Hiring Managers in recruitment process.
  • Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
  • Keep abreast with recruitment new trend and best practices
  • And do other related matters that may assign.
QUALIFICATION
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or other related courses.
  • Preferably at least 5 year-experience specialized in Recruitment
  • Can work on a flexible schedule
  • Willing to work in Tondo Manila
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and employment regulations is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in compensation and mandatory benefits.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Well informed in all recruitment platforms, web sites and its online applications.
  • Exposure to payroll practices is a plus.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
Job Type: Full-timePay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:

  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
