Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of talent acquisition process
  • Handle onboarding and off boarding of employees including conducting orientation, exit interview, etc.
  • Handle foreign workers' matters such as work passes, accommodation, etc.
  • Maintain and ensure data integrity in the HRIS and e-filing of personnel files
  • Assist in counselling, disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Administer employee benefits program
Qualifications:
  • A degree holder in relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal and writing skill
  • Possess good understanding of local employment law and processes
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proactive, positive, meticulous, responsible and resourceful
  • High level of integrity
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment an added advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP HRIS an added advantage
