Job Responsibilities:
Documentation Support:
Partner with subject matter experts to
develop and update procedures and instructions
.
Ensure documentation complies with
standards, styles, and templates
.
Program Support:
Assist in
planning and execution of program activities
aligned with the fiscal-year roadmap.
Extract and categorize data for
reporting and visualization
.
Support feedback mechanisms for
continuous program improvement
.
Training Support:
Maintain and update training resources to ensure
accuracy and effectiveness
.
Communicate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
Create and update
charts and graphs
to support reporting.
Project Participation:
Participate in project meetings and fulfill action items on time.
Support transition of projects from implementation to
steady-state operations
.
Safety & Quality Compliance:
Complete required safety training and follow safety policies and procedures.
Report hazards promptly and adhere to
ergonomic work practices
.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources
or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of HR Regional / Global or relevant professional experience
.
Experience with
Workday
is a strong advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and productivity tools.
