Position : HR Senior Executive (MUST HAVE EXP IN WORK PASS APPLICATION/ Recruitment/ Admin / Staff Benefits) - ALL WELCOME
Location : GILSTEAD ROAD (Nearest MRT: Newton -18 mins walk)
Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4700 + Performance bonus (At least 1 month)

Main Responsibilities:
Perform Human Resource Functions and Duties and general admin roles including system administration.
Support and review MY office in recruitment includes, administering the Manpower Requisition Form for replacement and new headcounts, not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding.
Oversee and support MY office in liaise with respective department managers and stakeholders to understand and support their recruitment needs.
Oversee the managing of the advertising of job vacancies via various social media platforms and job search portals by MY Office
To collaborate with various agencies to participate in various recruitment drives.
Review Weekly and monthly report for recruitment results for further action plan.
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
Maintain a good relationship with candidates and see them through the completion of their probation.
Manage the Annual Performance Review exercise, provide guidance to department heads to establish KPIs, evaluate performance and ensure reviews are completed within the timeline.
Manage all Work pass related matters.
To perform any HR related projects or duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in HRM or any equivalents
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in both agency and in-house
3 years experience in Work pass Application is a MUST
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process and talent acquisition
Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team.
