8:00 am - 5:30 pm
- Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations to successful placements.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods such as advertising, social media, networking, and EA services to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Application of Workpass and to monitor and update the status.
- Handle onboarding process which includes, Medical, pass application, etc.
- Coordinate interviews and skill test arrangements between clients and candidates
- Coordinate and negotiate in salary offer on behalf of clients and candidates
- Assist Admin with the onboarding process.
- Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
- Work together with group company to fullfill recruitment
- Any other ad-hoc duties appliedRequirements
- At least 1 year of HR related job experience
- Recruitment experience in Aviation/Technical/Mechanical role will be advantageous
- Multi-national recruitment experience will be advantageousJob Types: Full-time, Contract
